Business Development Manager
Own enterprise pipeline end-to-end. Outbound to technology and operations leaders, run discovery calls, scope engagements with our delivery team, and close.
What you'll do
- Build and run a B2B outbound pipeline to technology and operations leaders
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities against our service offerings
- Co-scope engagements with our delivery team — what's possible, what it costs
- Negotiate and close — Master Services Agreements, SOWs, payment terms
- Track pipeline health and report weekly to leadership
What we need from you
- 4+ years in B2B sales or business development for IT services / consulting
- Strong written and verbal communication — emails that get replies
- Comfortable with longer sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying
- Track record of hitting targets, not just generating activity
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, or Heads of Product
- Experience selling custom software, AI consulting, or digital transformation
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
- Prior work in a fast-growing services business
