Sales Development Representative
Open conversations with prospective clients. Run outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads, and book discovery calls for our BD team.
What you'll do
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns to defined ICPs
- Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls for the BD team
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene — every touch logged, next step set
- Test and refine messaging across channels (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Hit weekly activity and meeting-booked targets
What we need from you
- 1–3 years in sales development or inside sales (B2B tech preferred)
- Strong written communication — emails that get replies
- Comfortable with rejection and high-volume outreach
- Self-disciplined: you can run your own day without micro-management
Nice to have
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Apollo, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with IT services or B2B SaaS
- Prior remote work experience
- Comfort doing video discovery calls solo
