Senior Software Engineer
Lead delivery on complex engagements. Own architecture decisions, mentor mid-level engineers, and ship production systems end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Lead architecture and technical design for complex client engagements
- Own delivery end-to-end: design, implementation, deployment, observability
- Mentor mid-level engineers through code review, technical writing, pairing
- Make pragmatic technology choices and document the rationale
- Work directly with client stakeholders to shape requirements and timelines
What we need from you
- 5+ years building production software in a modern stack
- Strong fundamentals across backend, APIs, databases, and at least one frontend framework
- Track record of owning a feature or service end-to-end — design through deployment
- Comfortable in code review, technical mentoring, and writing clearly
Nice to have
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) at production scale
- Performance, observability, or security work
- Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Open-source contributions or technical writing
