Recruiter
Source, screen, and coordinate hiring for technical and non-technical roles. Own the recruitment funnel end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Run first-round screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain the candidate database, pipeline reports, and rejection feedback loops
- Manage offers, negotiation, and onboarding handover
- Run employer-brand activities to build a steady inbound pipeline
What we need from you
- 1–3 years recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Comfortable hiring across roles — engineering, sales, ops
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening
- Comfortable using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools
Nice to have
- Tech recruitment experience (engineering, product, design)
- Familiarity with assessment tools (HackerRank, CodeSignal)
- Bilingual (English + one Indian language)
- Prior agency-side experience for high-volume sourcing
How we hire
Initial screen (45 min, video) → take-home or live exercise scoped to the role (≤ 4 hours) → on-site / video panel with the team you'd join → offer within 7 days of the panel. We share feedback at every stage, whether you proceed or not.
