Own day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, policy, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance.

What you'll do

  • Run end-to-end onboarding for new hires — paperwork, equipment, first-week plan
  • Own HR policy, employee handbook, and grievance redressal
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance
  • Manage statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments
  • Run employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys

What we need from you

  • 2+ years HR or People-Ops experience in a startup or services firm
  • Working knowledge of Indian labour law (PF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity)
  • Strong interpersonal skills — credibility across all levels
  • Detail-oriented: nothing slips through the cracks

Nice to have

  • POSH IC certification or training
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR)
  • Bilingual (English + Kannada / Hindi)
  • Prior experience in employee L&D or culture-building
