HR Generalist
Own day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, policy, payroll coordination, employee relations, compliance.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end onboarding for new hires — paperwork, equipment, first-week plan
- Own HR policy, employee handbook, and grievance redressal
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance
- Manage statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments
- Run employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys
What we need from you
- 2+ years HR or People-Ops experience in a startup or services firm
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law (PF, ESI, POSH, Gratuity)
- Strong interpersonal skills — credibility across all levels
- Detail-oriented: nothing slips through the cracks
Nice to have
- POSH IC certification or training
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR)
- Bilingual (English + Kannada / Hindi)
- Prior experience in employee L&D or culture-building
