Social Media Manager

Where you'll work

GeminiSoft builds websites, web apps, mobile apps and AI tools for clients across India, and runs a few products of its own. You join a small team, work on live client projects from week one, and see the result ship. Grow GeminiSoft's visibility on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. Plan, publish and measure content that brings in clients and candidates.

What you'll do

• Own the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
• Turn client wins, product launches and team stories into posts, carousels and short videos
• Grow followers and inbound enquiries, and report on what is working each month
• Manage the company LinkedIn page, including how our open roles appear
• Coordinate with design, delivery and the PR lead on campaigns

What we need from you

• 2+ years running social media for a company or brand
• Strong written English and a good eye for what makes a post work
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, Instagram and basic video editing (Canva, CapCut or similar)
• Comfortable reading analytics and acting on them

Nice to have

• B2B or IT services marketing experience
• Experience with LinkedIn company page and paid campaigns
• Photography or short-form video skills
• Basic SEO knowledge

Initial screen (45 min, video) → take-home or live exercise scoped to the role (≤ 4 hours) → on-site / video panel with the team you'd join → offer within 7 days of the panel. We share feedback at every stage, whether you proceed or not.
